📖 How to Play & Game Overview
Numbers outside grid indicate lengths of consecutive filled blocks in that row/column. On mobile, tap the "⬛ Fill Block" or "❌ Mark X" buttons above the grid to switch modes, then tap any cell. On desktop, left-click to fill and right-click to mark X.
Core Game Rules:
- Numbers above each column and beside each row describe groups of consecutive filled black squares in that line.
- There must be at least one empty cell between distinct consecutive number groups in a line.
- Marking safe cells with an "X" prevents accidental clicks.
- Correctly decoding all row and column clues reveals a hidden pixel art illustration.
Winning Strategies & Tips:
- The Overlap Method: If a clue number is greater than half the grid length (e.g., a "7" in a 10-cell row), counting 7 from both the left and right sides will reveal overlapping center cells that are 100% guaranteed to be filled!
- Full Line Deductions: If a row clue matches the entire grid length (e.g., "10" on a 10-wide grid), fill the entire row immediately.
- Cross-Out Completed Lines: When all blocks in a line are satisfied, mark all remaining open cells in that line with X to unlock intersecting clues.
